01 / Customer question
The commercial context
An offer is useful only when it is serviceable.
A broadband or mobile offer must be applicable to the customer's location and requirements. Coverage, speed, installation and contract conditions all affect the recommendation. A lead for a service you cannot provision is not a useful acquisition outcome.
Consumer plans and enterprise connectivity need different questions and references. We assess the commercial catalogue alongside relevant serviceability and delivery information. Subscriber records and network-control permissions remain separate from the public information needed for discovery.
Customer journeys
Test coverage, offers and customer support.
We build the assessment around specific questions, audiences and markets. These examples show the kinds of journeys we can examine; the final scope follows your priorities.
02 / Customer question
Does the tariff comparison preserve term, price changes, roaming and bundle conditions?
03 / Customer question
Can support retrieve applicable installation/troubleshooting information and escalate correctly?
How SWLR can help
Align offer information with serviceability and delivery.
01
Location and tariff evaluation
We evaluate location and tariff scenarios against authorised serviceability and plan references. The baseline identifies incorrect coverage, eligibility and material offer conditions.
You receive: Serviceability/claim baseline and errors.
02
Catalogue and system readiness
We assess catalogue ownership, update frequency and applicable provisioning interfaces. The priorities show where business support and operational support systems need consistent information for the selected journeys.
You receive: Catalogue/system dependency map and improvement backlog.
03
Sales and service pilots
We scope permissioned sales or service knowledge and any authorised tasks with commercial and operational teams. The pilot defines applicable references, action limits, review and escalation.
You receive: Task/permission design and evaluation pilot.
Internal AI readiness
Give customer and field teams accurate, applicable knowledge.
Customer-service and field colleagues need current troubleshooting, installation and provisioning knowledge. We assess subscriber permissions, document ownership and the context required to retrieve an applicable answer.
Knowledge assistance does not require general authority to change the network. The scope separates those actions, fits existing governance and evaluates task quality. Sales measures consider serviceable demand; operational pilots consider correctness and appropriate hand-offs.
A practical first engagement
Telecoms AI Offer & Serviceability Assessment
We agree the consumer or enterprise track, markets, representative locations, tariffs, references and candidate tasks. You receive offer and serviceability errors, catalogue and system priorities, governance dependencies and a roadmap for information improvements or a controlled sales/service pilot.
01
Agree the scope
We define the business questions, references, AI surfaces and teams involved. Access requirements and dependencies are agreed before the assessment begins.
02
Review the evidence together
Findings distinguish observed answer behaviour from the underlying content, data or workflow issue. Your teams help establish which changes are material and feasible.
03
Choose the next action
The roadmap sets out priorities, owners, dependencies and validation. Where a pilot makes sense, we scope the implementation and evaluation work with the relevant teams.
Evaluation
Measure the changes that matter.
We agree the criteria before making changes. Answer samples are recorded with their questions, market, surface and date. Repeat checks help show patterns within that scope; commercial outcomes and internal workflow gains need their own evaluation with your teams.

Part of Ayima
Technical search expertise. Practical enterprise thinking.
SWLR brings an AI visibility and readiness remit to Ayima's enterprise search background. We connect the business question to the content, data, access and technical work behind it, then help teams prioritise the next steps.
Common questions
Before we begin.
Can we assess address-specific recommendations?
Yes, using defined locations and applicable authorised references or serviceability information. The scope records the assumptions and data dates. Results for selected addresses should not be generalised to the full network.
Will this involve network-control access?
Public discovery assessment does not require network authority. Operational tasks need a separate scope with appropriate owners, permissions and review. We keep those requirements distinct from catalogue and service information.
How do we connect this to our existing systems?
We assess offer ownership and the relevant catalogue, BSS/OSS and provisioning dependencies. Integration options follow the agreed journey and permissions. The first engagement identifies gaps before recommending a pilot or broader change.
