Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, we send your name, company, email address and message to SWLR’s contact mailbox so the team can respond. Your email address is included as the Reply-to address. Please leave out passwords, payment details and sensitive customer information.
Browser and location information
The enquiry email also includes information available from your browser and Cloudflare, including your user agent, browser hints, language, IP address, approximate location and connection details. Location data can include country, region, city, postal code, time zone and coordinates. The details available depend on your browser and Cloudflare’s services.
We use this information to understand enquiries and protect the form from misuse. Location is inferred from the connection and may be inaccurate.
Hosting, security and email
Cloudflare hosts the website, verifies the form’s security check through Turnstile and processes email delivery. The contact form uses a short-lived cookie to show your submission confirmation. This cookie does not contain your contact details or message.
