Accurate product recommendations need complete catalogue data, current offers and a reliable route to purchase.
Enterprise GEO, AI Visibility & Readiness Consulting
SWLR helps enterprises improve how AI represents their brands, decide how it accesses their content and services, and prepare their teams for effective adoption.
Part of Ayima, we turn the findings into a practical plan for your business.
Your commercial priorities
AI is changing how customers compare products, find information and buy services. Some businesses need to make more information available. Others need to protect valuable content or set limits on automated activity. Those choices can coexist within the same organisation.
01
Accurate product recommendations need complete catalogue data, current offers and a reliable route to purchase.
02
Original content has value. Access policies and licensing options should reflect its audience and commercial model.
03
Product explanations must preserve fees, eligibility and material conditions, with clear boundaries around advice.
External AI strategy
We start with your business questions, markets and customer journeys. The assessment identifies where information is missing, where representation is wrong and which technical or commercial decisions deserve attention.
01
Assess brand presence, competitor recommendations and answer accuracy across defined journeys. Trace visible citations and review technical accessibility and content gaps.
You receive: A baseline, supporting evidence and prioritised actions.
02
Assess valuable assets, crawler access and protection choices. Explore licensing economics and paid-access feasibility with commercial, rights and legal owners.
You receive: Access-policy options and a commercial assessment.
03
Review product and offer data, discovery routes, platform eligibility and transaction permissions. Identify the dependencies behind an appropriate commerce or service integration.
You receive: Integration options and a scoped pilot plan.
04
Evaluate material claims against approved references. Define update ownership, review and escalation for the information that matters to customers and colleagues.
You receive: Evaluation criteria and practical review processes.
Internal AI readiness
Useful adoption starts with a task worth improving, the right knowledge and someone accountable for the outcome. We assess use cases, data permissions, workflow changes, training and governance with your teams.
That might mean helping colleagues find approved product information or assisting service teams with documents. Each pilot needs quality criteria, action limits and a route to human review.
The roadmap sets out business cases, owners, dependencies and adoption barriers. Evaluation considers task quality, costs, staff use and escalation as well as time saved. Where specialist review is needed, we work within the agreed scope with the relevant teams.
Industry expertise
The scope follows your customers, operating context and commercial priorities. Across brands and business units, we distinguish the information you want AI to find from the assets and actions that need tighter control.

Explore this industryHow we work
Every engagement begins with an agreed scope. We define the brands, assets, markets and journeys involved, then work alongside content, commerce, technology and specialist teams on the priorities.
01
Agree the business questions and relevant AI surfaces. Establish baselines and identify important representation, access or readiness gaps.
02
Prioritise by value, material risk and dependencies. Deliver an executive briefing and roadmap with owners and validation criteria.
03
Work with your teams on the agreed changes. Align information, technical delivery, permissions and review around the roadmap.
04
Repeat comparable observations. Review pilot quality, adoption, costs and controls against the criteria agreed at the start.
SWLR and Ayima
SWLR is part of Ayima, whose technical-search consulting covers complex websites, international targeting, content and competitive discovery. That background informs an approach built around interpretation, prioritisation and work with enterprise delivery teams.
Our remit includes AI visibility and readiness. We connect public discovery and information-access decisions with the people, processes and knowledge needed for internal adoption.
SWLR technology
We are developing AI/GEO technology to support research, measurement and diagnosis. Consultants use observations and source evidence to identify gaps, prioritise changes and define a comparable recheck.
A brand mention, citation, recommendation and factual finding are different observations. We report them separately, with the scope and limitations made clear. Internal readiness has its own assessment criteria.
Can I collect this drill from my local store today?
The retailer offers same-day collection at every store.
The product page requires a stock check for the selected store.
The answer omits the location and availability conditions.
Clarify collection requirements and reconcile store availability information.
Commerce and product-data teams. Repeat the same location-specific scenario and check the conditions.
Common questions
No. Access can differ by asset, purpose and system. You may want product information to support discovery while restricting proprietary content, training use or customer records. We assess the choices and the practical limits of the available controls.
We define the questions, markets, comparison set, dates and AI surfaces, then distinguish mentions, citations, recommendations and accuracy. Those samples show patterns within the scope. Orders, revenue and incremental value need a separate measurement design with your analytics and commercial teams.
Both are within our remit. We agree the scope around your priorities, data, workflows and teams. Specialist legal, clinical, regulatory or operational review is handled with the relevant owners and appropriate expertise.
