SWLR uses your email, name, company, role and research scope to verify business-email access, deliver private reports, review findings and respond to research enquiries. Optional marketing permission is separate from transactional verification and report delivery.
Cloudflare processes application hosting, storage and email delivery. DataForSEO receives the reviewed research questions, target public domains and approved reference URLs; it does not need your lead details. Private reports are restricted to the verified owner session.
Drafts expire after seven days. Verification links expire after 20 minutes. Private raw provider data is normally retained for 90 days; private reports and related lead records for up to 180 days. Approved public industry research has separate editorial retention. Security records and reviewed exceptions may have a documented retention reason.
